At SANSI, we stand behind the quality of our home lighting and smart solutions, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original SANSI packaging, ensuring all bulbs, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
